Cherith Days

"So Elijah did what the Lord had told him. He went to the brook of Cherith, east of the Jordan, and stayed there."

Cherith Days at the Carmelite Priory are Quiet Days when, like Elijah, we hear the divine invitation to come to the 'brook of Cherith' - a place of rest and refreshment - so as to slow down, to reflect on the Scriptures and to experience silence and stillness in the beauty and peace of the priory grounds. Cherith Days are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month starting from March 2019, from 10 am to 3 pm. Lunch is provided. They are non-residential. However, anyone who wishes to take part while resident at the Priory is welcome.
